Do you remember 15 years ago when tablet PC's first launched? You'd touch one part of the screen and something an inch away would activate. It took a long time and then Apple came along with the same concept done right? Well this is kind of like that. You can see the potential immediately. However what is quite quickly apparent is it's just not quite there yet. I played several of the games with my son and the annoying thing was the sensors would often fail to pick up on some movements. For example there's a game when you punch to the left and right of you at High, waist height and Low level. Often it would sense high and medium levels but low required perhaps 2 attempts to get it to recognise the motion and sometimes you'd need to lean forward or step forward a bit. Don't get me wrong ... it is fun but it's annoying and frustrating to lose games when it's not down to ability but rather the technology isn't mature enough. It's like the old days of the wii. Nice concept but needed some more R&D. I guess we'll see the next version much improved when they launch the XBOX 720 in the next 12 months. Read Full Review >>>
